Hi there! My name is Rochelle.
I am a proud Bay Area native with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Movement Science, from San Francisco State University. My passion for chiropractic began during a Stress & Reduction class where a guest chiropractor shared the profound connection between the nervous system and overall health. Intrigued, I started exploring the field, realizing how much it aligned with my interests. When I discovered Life Chiropractic College West just minutes from my home in Hayward, I immediately booked a tour. Soon after, I embarked on my chiropractic journey, ultimately graduating as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
During my free time, I enjoy coastal and forest foraging, trying new foods, and keeping my health maintained by getting adjusted, working out, and hiking with Merick!

I grew up in San Mateo County and earned my bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from San Francisco State University. While attending Life Chiropractic College West, I discovered my passion for helping weekend warriors achieve their best performance and recovery. Outside of the office, you’ll often find me on the pickleball courts or exploring the scenic East Bay Park trails with Rochelle.

How Our Office Stands Out
Merick and Rochelle met their frist quarter at Life Chiropractic College West and have been a team ever since.
They were then introduced to Dr. Jennifer Milus in Pleasanton and Dr. Harvey J. Markovitz in Capitola shortly after graduating and have taken over both offices as Dr. Milus and Dr. Markovitz have now retired.
During your appointments, both Merick and Rochelle work together as a team to provide comprehensive care. Their 2:1, doctor:patient, approach includes muscle relaxation using percussion therapy, targeted spinal stretching through flexion distraction, and concluding with a full-body adjustment to enhance overall well-being.
Frequently Asked Questions
Payments/Fees:
- We accept payment at time of service. FSA & HSA Cards are accepted.
- Our initial visit is priced at $200 and lasts 60 minutes. During this time, we conduct a thorough history, examination, treatment/adjustment, and any necessary therapies. If applicable, personalized exercises will be provided later, once your notes and report have been completed.
- Thereafter, visits are $100 for 30 minutes. This visit includes a full body adjustment, and one therapy to one area. Additional therapies are $25 each.
- We recommend people follow our discussed treatment plan, at home care, and other recommendations we make in order to ensure speedy recovery.
Insurance:
- We are not in network with any insurance companies. For those with insurance that covers chiropractic care we provide itemized super bills to be submitted for reimbursement.
X-rays:
We do not perform X-rays in-house; however, we can facilitate referrals to a nearby clinic for imaging as needed.
MVA, PI, Workers Comp Cases:
- We are not currently accepting motor vehicle accident (MVA), personal injury (PI), or workers' compensation cases.
Emergency Appointments:
If you are having an emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room or urgent care. If you decide coming to see a chiropractor is more suitable for your pain complaint, contact us directly using the phone number provided at the end of the page, we will try our best to fit you into our schedule as soon as possible.
